FreeThought City

The Digital Domain of a Free Mind

FreeThought City began as a bold idea—an alternative digital community for atheists, skeptics, and freethinkers. The goal was to build a full-featured social platform, with navigation like a virtual city you could walk through, explore, and live in. Mini-maps, street views, profile pages, media hubs, forums—everything you'd find in a digital town built for thought.

The project never found traction at scale, but I didn’t let it go. I absorbed it as my own personal space. It’s now my digital home. My Discord server carries the same name. My private forum is hosted inside it. And the public website showcases the tech and spirit of what FreeThought City was meant to be.

There’s a small virtual map system, built with custom HTML and JS. There’s a demo of JomSocial, the community engine. There’s a personal office and lounge. In the digital world, if someone asks where I am? I’m in the yellow house on FreeThought Street. That’s where I live. That’s where you’ll find me.

FreeThought City isn’t just a page. It’s a project. It’s a place. It has rules, policies, a welcoming vibe, and open doors. Some people have a profile. Some build an avatar. I built a city. You’re welcome to visit.
